Mansi Brat

Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, LPC, LMHC

Mansi is a licensed professional counselor trained in Jungian Psychology and Mindfulness-based therapies. She also holds certifications in Life Coaching and has worked with a diverse range of clients facing concerns at various life stages, including emerging adulthood, new parenthood, midlife and late-life crises, as well as sexual and gender identity. Mansi believes that many of life’s challenges stem from pre-conditioned patterns within one's personality. Her role as a therapist is to support clients in recognizing how these ingrained patterns may be causing distress. By bringing these behaviors to the forefront, clients can shift their consciousness and create profound transformations.

Mansi employs a combination of relational approaches, such as Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Social Justice, and Holistic practices, which focus on fostering sustained wellness rather than merely treating symptoms. She delves into her clients' experiences within the larger context of society, identity, culture, gender, and more. Mansi also offers goal-oriented therapy, including ACT, CBT, and MBCT.

Mansi works with clients to recognize ‘energy blocks’ that manifest as physical, emotional, and spiritual pain, guiding them toward a place of healing and clearing. During sessions, she co-creates a collaborative healing space, believing that each client has great potential. By tapping into their inner resources, clients are empowered to transform their lives.
